So this is a new blog post. Because one of the Harbor Ladies hasn't been up to snuff with her consistent blogage.... (cough cough) JULIA -_-

So today, you get to hear about another one of our completely random jokes.

MANKEY


This is basically the joke. The word "mankey" is used to replace anything in a sentence. Makes it pretty damn funny.
Now me, being the loser of the wonder bitches, didn't grow up in the Pokemon scene, so I have no connection to this word at all. But yet, I'm the one who came up with the joke in the first place.

So for about a month now, Julia and I have been yelling the word "Mankey" about the house. At completely random times. FUN STUFF! 

"Well, I like lesbians in theory... But the reality is usually not that exciting..."

I have no idea what this post is about, but I felt like I needed to post about something...

I'm pretty sure he hates me.

If you've ever been a paranoid teenager about relationships, you probably know this feeling. I haven't really been, but Ailish is most definitely fitting under that category. She is so set on the fact that she might hate her. Its quite obvious that said boyfriend of almost two weeks does not hate her. They talk, hangout, and Skype. Could you really hate someone if you do all those things with them? Chances are, no,

He's a shy boy. It doesn't help its both of their first relationship. What do you do under these circumstances? As far as I know, time will tell what happens. You can't just rush in to things. Sometimes you just need to sit back and relax. Patience isn't something we all have, but we all develop it over time. Waiting becomes a fun game only when you learn to accept it. If you over think it, things can go down hill. It keeps going over in your head like a broken record. Once you set your mind totally free, that's where its at.

Emerald City Comic Convention

But its easier to just write ECCC. Full of basically anything you could ever want comic wise. I got the entire Rocket Raccoon series for half the price you would normally! Mind you there are only 4 comics in the collection. So many people, there was hardly enough elbow room for everyone. It was a bigger event than I had thought it'd had been. I over heard people talking about the hotels they're staying in and fun travel talk.

There were a grand total of 3 boys I found attractive there. A lot of really nice people, though. Aside from my Rocket Raccoon comic collection, I obtained a cat sweatshirt from The Oatmeal, and adorable otter pendant, a ink commission of am Ibizan Hound, and a book called Kill Shakespeare.

The main attraction that day was the raffle to win an autograph from the creator of the hit show Adventure Time. There was only 50 winners. The two people I was with took a ticket, I did too even though I didn't care that much. Always a chance, right? Two hours later the winners were announced. Guess who was one of them?

Happy Wheels ~ Our Life

Many of you probably are aware that the online game, Happy Wheels, is possibly the greatest thing ever created. So about a month ago, Julia and I were having a fairly uneventful evening (as we often do) so I decided to show her this narration of a guy playing happy wheels. What made him different from every other guy who does that was that he actually voices the characters as they go through the map... And eventually, Julia and I just started yelling these phrases at each other at completely random times.

Freshman Year... As of Now!

Hmmm... Hmmm... Hmmm...
Let's just start of by saying that I came in to high school thinking it was going to suck. I thought I wouldn't have any friends, and no one would like me. Well, I was wrong. But at the beginning of the year, I was a dull, not very fun, and just overall a very boring chick. However, several months ago, I broke out of my shell! Now I'm the one who lives by the saying "Let's do this, or die trying..."

Now about school... It sucks. I could honestly care less about anything related to anything about school. I'm a slacker, and I'm not afraid to admit that! That is all I have to say on the subject.

Friends ~ Like I said earlier, I had like none at the beginning of the year. I wasn't always such great friends with Julia like I am now.  ---WRITERS BLOCK--- But I'm super glad I am! Let's just say that I've finally found my crowd, and I live life to the fullest every chance I get. (These statements are so unrelated... sorry...)

Sophomore year up to now.

I can say its been quite the experience. Very much different from last year, or at least that's what I feel. Being a freshman is such a, well, new feeling? I've come to think just about everyone is a bad freshman. Mostly in how their actions play out in the social circle. Ailish has been a good one so far, though. Unfortunately not everyone can be as cool as her!

But let's start on sophomore year. I started a bit.. late. My mother decided she was going to take a trip to Hawaii. I was there for a moth already due to my dad living there at the time. She stayed 2 weeks in to the school year in Hawaii with us, so I hit a late start. Once I got there though, I put on my polka dot mini skirt and my low-cut orange shirt and trotted in to the hallway. I was quite proud of the weight I had lost this summer.

The first people I saw were Ty and Julia B. My best friends at the time.Both were quite excited to see me. As was my boyfriend, who is now my ex. Now lets get to class. I realized then that all of my friends are Juniors now. I wouldn't have any classes with them. Being an alternative school, we only have so many students. This year, we had about 52 freshman.. That's a lot. So I have class with this vast sea of Freshman. All my classes turn out pretty good. I know now that everyone thought I was an exchange student from somewhere for a while. I guess that's cool.

Over the course of almost 7 months, things change. Julia B. and I are no longer friends, and Ty has a girlfriend. As a result of that; my former 'lunch buddy' is too occupied with his lady friend to have lunch with me, quite sad. But I've made new friends as a result. Ailish and I are together about 60% of the time. I enjoy her company. When I can't, there's always Skype!
